Objectives of leadership in a knowledge company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce představuje ucelený pohled na problematiku leadershipu, charakteristiku podmínek jeho vzniku, vlastního vývoje i současného stavu, jeho působení a aplikace v praxi evropského znalostního podniku. Tato práce je strukturována do čtyř hlavních bloků, z nichž první znázorňuje historii přístupů k vedení spolupracovníků a motivaci, stimulaci a výkonu. Druhý blok je věnován vlastní charakteristice leadershipu s akcentem na motivační vedení znalostního podniku, definici efektivního leadershipu a jeho úlohy ve znalostním podniku. Dále také specifikaci znalostní firemní kultury a vedení nových leaderů. Třetí část je věnována představení znalostního podniku Mas Říčansko o.p.s., postupu zpracování grantů a dotací, vzdělávání vlastních pracovníků a tvorbě nových pracovních příležitostí. V poslední čtvrté části je definován vztah podniku k vnějšímu okolí, rozsah jeho působnosti, možnosti spolufinancování projektů s cílem upevňování principů leadershipu ve společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis paper presents a comprehensive perspective on the problems that occur in leadership, characteristics of the conditions for its cause, self-development as well as present condition, and its influence and application in the area of the European knowledge companies. This work is structured into four primary sections, the first of which theorizes the history of approaches taken to lead co-workers, as well as motivation, stimulation, and achievement. The second section is devoted to the actual characteristics of leadership with an emphasis on motivational leading of intelligence companies, the definition of effective leadership and the role it plays in the intelligence company. Further explicated are the knowledge company culture and the guidance of new leaders. The third section presents the knowledge company "Mas Ricansko, PSC (Public Service Company)," advances for processing grants and endowments, the training of one's employees, and the development of new working opportunities. In the last section there is a definition given for the relationship of a company to its external environment, the extent of its sphere of agency, and the possibilities for collectively financed projects with the intent to strengthen principles of leadership in society.
