Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část podává základní informace o firemní kultuře, jejích prvcích, determinantech, znacích, vybraných typech podnikové kultury a v neposlední řadě, jak probíhá její změna, kdo jsou její aktéři, nástroje změny a typologie. Dále se v teoretické části zabývám organizační kulturou v mezinárodních společnostech, odlišnostmi mezi národní kulturou a kulturou firemní, dále kulturními rozdíly mezi manažery ve vybraných zemích, které jsem si zvolila. V praktické části byl dotazníkovou metodou zjišťován u zaměstnanců konkrétního úseku společnosti Synthesia, a. s. postoj k této problematice.

Abstract:

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides basic information about the company culture, its elements, determinants, characteristics, selected types of corporate culture and last but not least, what change it is, who the actors are, tool change and typology. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the organizational culture in international companies, differences between national culture and corporate culture, as well as cultural differences between managers in selected countries, which I chose. In the practical part of the questionnaire method was tested by the employees of a particular section of the company Synthesia, as a position on this issue.
