Diplomová práce „Motivace a angažovanost zaměstnanců“ se zabývá návrhem hodnocení zaměstnanců, zvyšení jejich motivace, angažovanosti a odměňování zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce obsahuje souhrn poznatků o vybraných problémech. V praktické části se seznámíme s aktuální situací v podniku.
