Předložená bakalářská práce vymezuje pojem nekalé obchodní praktiky z širšího pohledu v návaznosti na jednotlivé právní dokumenty v České republice a EU. Na začátku práce bude definován pojem nekalé obchodní praktiky. Další kapitola bude řešit jednotlivé možnosti rozdělení nekalých obchodních praktik.
