Application of EU regulations on personal data protection in the conditions of delegated powers of Sedlčany
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany osobních údajů jak v obecné rovině, tak v aplikaci daného nařízení na městském úřadě. V teoretické části se věnuje pojmu GDPR a jeho základním pojmům, v praktické části provádí faktickou kontrolu aplikaci nařízení a dává doporučení, co nastavit tak, aby to bylo v souladu s daným nařízením.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of personal data protection in general and in the application of the regulation at the municipal office. The theoretical part deals with the term GDPR and its basic concepts; and gives recommendations on what else to set up to comply with the regulation.
