Modern Application of Market Method
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnávací metodou jak z hlediska praktického, tak z hlediska teoretického. V první kapitole bude zopakován teoretický základ oceňování nemovitostí. Zbývající kapitoly budou zaměřeny výhradně na porovnávací metodu – na její popis a charakteristiku, na aplikaci této metody na pozemek, na informační systémy a na její vhodnost využití v dnešní době.
Abstract:
This thesis discusses Market Method in terms of practise and theory. In the first chapter theoretical fundamentals of evaluation of property will be repeated. The remaining chapters will be Market Method-oriented solely – regarding its description, characterization, application of these method to piece of land, information systems and its usability today.
