Social Work in the System of Assistance in Material Need

Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Sociální práce v systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi" pojednává o systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi a výkonu sociální práce v tomto systému. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na vysvětlení teoretických pojmů, které jsou nezbytné pro tvorbu a vyhodnocení výzkumu. První kapitola je věnována teoretickým východiskům, problematice tématu ve vztahu k sociální pedagogice, použité literatuře a základním pojmům. Další část bude sloužit čtenářům k bližšímu vysvětlení a přiblížení systému hmotné nouze. S problematikou hmotné nouze úzce souvisí chudoba, sociální vyloučení, bezdomovství a nezaměstnanost, je nutné vysvětlit i tyto pojmy, které nám ji tak pomůžou lépe pochopit. Poslední část je zaměřena na popis sociální práce v systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi a její jednotlivé etapy. Praktická část si klade za cíl pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit příčiny vzniku hmotné nouze, a jak jsou příjemci dávek ochotni řešit vzniklou situaci.

Abstract:

The Thesis is focused on "Social Service in the Field of Help in Poverty". It deals with the system of social assistance and working out the social activities inside the system. The theoretical part deals with explanation of the theoretical symbols needed for creating the evaluation of the research. The first chapter pays attention to the theoretical points of view in accordance with the topic mentioned in the expert literature, relation to the social pedagogy as well as literature mentioned and the key words. In the following section the reader will have chance to become familiar with expressions like poverty and being in need. Poverty, social exclusion, unemployment, homelessness shall be easier to understand as well. The last part of the Thesis deals with description of social work and helping people in need in each stage. The practical part would like to look for and find out the reasons of such problems, i.e. material poverty etc., to be able to see how the addresses of social benefits will deal with their personal and social position.
