Image assessment of a chosen public sector organization
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku image organizace veřejného sektoru (image veřejné vysoké školy) jako faktoru, který významně ovlivňuje chování spotřebitelů ve vztahu k dané organizaci. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat obsah image Fakulty sociálních studií Masarykovy univerzity a navrhnout případné změny obsahu image této vzdělávací instituce.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the image of public sector organization (image of the public university faculty) as a factor which has an influence on the consumer behaviour espetially in the relation to given organization. The objective of this thesis was to analyze the image of the Faculty of social studies of Masaryk university and suggest the possible changes of image content of this educational facility.
