Tato bakalářská práce podává ucelený přehled o současných poznatcích týkajících se horizontálního přenosu genů zprostředkovaného procesem konjugace u grampozitivních bakterií s důrazem na rod Staphylococcus. V práci jsou popsány genetické elementy, které s konjugací souvisí a dále také mechanismy regulace zmíněného procesu. The bachelor thesis summarizes an overview of recent findings in the area of horizontal gene transfer mediated by the process of conjugation in Gram-positive bacteria with an emphasis on Staphylococcus strains. The thesis deals with genetic elements related to conjugation and mechanisms of regulation of the earlier mentioned process.
