The Illusion and Disillusionment of The 1960s and 1990s (in selected works of Czech poetry)

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním poetiky básníků, kteří jsou řazeni do kontextu generace 60. let (J. Gruša, K. Šiktanc, P. Šrut, I. Wernisch, P. Skarlant, J. Šotola, P. Kabeš, L. Dvořák, J. Kainar, J. Jelen, I. Diviš, K. Sýs, K. Kryl, L. Novák, J. Hauková, S. Dvorský, E. Juliš, P. Řezníček). Sleduje vývoj básnických poetik v širším historicko-kulturním kontextu na vybraných dílech z publikačního období 60. - 90. let 20. století. Důraz je kladen na interpretace básnických děl. Pomocí tohoto interpretačně analytického čtení si práce klade za cíl sledovat zásadní témata a motivy, ale i obecnou formu těchto básní.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis studies the poetics of poets who are of the 1960s generation (J. Gruša, K. Šiktanc, P. Šrut, I. Wernisch, P. Skarlant, J. Šotola, P. Kabeš, L. Dvořák, J. Kainar, J. Jelen, I. Diviš, K. Sýs, K. Kryl, L. Novák, J. Hauková, S. Dvorský, E. Juliš, P. Řezníček). The diploma thesis monitors the development of poetics in a wider historical and cultural context on selected works from the 1960s to the 1990s. Emphasis will be placed on the interpretation of poetry works. Using this interpretative analytical reading, the thesis aims to study essential topics and motifs, as well as the general form of these poems.
