Cieľom diplomovej práce je definovať teoretické základy riadenia ľudských zdrojov vo vybranej banke, orientovať sa v moderných trendoch, analyzovať systém a navrhnúť opatrenia a aplikácie moderných metód riadenia ľudských zdrojov vo vybranej banke.
