Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností Probační a mediační služby z hlediska zkušeností zainteresovaných pracovníků. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. This bachelor thesis focuses on the activity of Probation and mediation service based on the experience of the concerned workers. The paper is divided in two parts.
