Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním v property managementu a obsahuje tři hlavní části. Část teoretická se zabývá základními pojmy z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí a správy majetku a dále popisuje cíle, služby a uplatnění property managementu.
