Proposal an internal control system with the aspect of prevention and elimination function

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vnitřním kontrolním systémem s aspektem na preventivní a eliminační funkci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a analytickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace, které se týkají kontroly, jejich druhů, funkcí, metod, průběhu kontrolního procesu či vnitřního kontrolního systému, obecných pravidel a jak k němu přistupovat. Součástí teoretické části je i styl řízení a systém řízení rizik či analýza vnitřního prostředí podniku. Analytická část popisuje analýzu vnitřního prostředí společnosti, současného stavu a kontrolního systému společnosti MaxDrinks, s.r.o. a její historii. Jako metodický nástroj při analýze vnitřního prostředí podniku a vnitřního kontrolního systému bylo zvoleno osobní šetření a rozhovory s vedením společnosti. Zjištěné silné a slabé stránky kontrolního systému jsou popsány v SW analýze. Silné a slabé stránky vnitřního kontrolního systému jsou rozpracovány v návrhové části, kde jsou popsány návrhy na změny, úpravy a doplnění vnitřního kontrolního systému ve společnosti MaxDrinks, s.r.o.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the internal control aspects of the prevention and elimination functions. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part contains information that focuses on the control itself, its types, functions, methods, and also includes a description of the course of this review process and internal control system, discusses the general rules and how to control this access. The theoretical part is devoted to the management style and system of the risk management and internal business environment analysis. Analytical section describes the analysis of the internal environment of the company , and the current state of the control system in the company MaxDrinks, Ltd. and its history. As a methodological tool for the analysis of internal business environment and internal control systems here was selected personal questionnaire survey and interviews with company management. The strengths and weaknesses of the control system are described in SW analysis. Strengths and weaknesses of the internal control system are developed in the design section, which describes the proposals for changes, modifications and amendments to the internal control system in the company MaxDrinks, Ltd.
