The diploma thesis deals with international factoring as a method of business financing. The thesis is focused on economic substance of factoring and its comparison with other methods of financing. Further the thesis describes Czech legislation of claim assignment and conflict-of-law regime of international factoring and claim assignment in Regulation Rome I.
