Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zákaz diskriminace v zaměstnání. Cílem této práce je prokázat, že i přes zákaz k diskriminaci v zaměstnání u nás opravdu dochází a uvést, ve kterých bodech pracovního poměru. Následně chci zjistit, z jakých důvodů k diskriminaci v zaměstnání dochází. V mé práci se budu zabývat možnostmi vzniku diskriminace v zaměstnání a s problémy s tímto souvisejícími. The theme of my Bachelor Thesis is to prohibit discrimination in employment. The aim of this work is to demonstrate that despite the ban on discrimination in employment with us is really a state in which the points of service.
