Leasing je smlouva, kterou přenechává leasingová společnost předmět leasingu na předem stanovenou dobu do užívání leasingovému nájemci, který za tuto službu platí dohodnuté splátky, přičemž majitelem předmětu zůstává po celou dobu trvání leasingové smlouvy leasingová společnost. Abstract:
Leasing is a contract by which a lease company pass a subject of a lease to a lease tenant for the time arranged beforehand. Whereas the tenant pays an agreed instalments, a lease company is a proprietor of a lease matter.
