Doprovázení uživatelů v paliativní péči a jejich příbuzných v DS Buchlovice

Abstract:
Cílem absolventské práce je nalézt teoretické východiska paliativní péče a jejího zavedení v domově pro seniory. Dále teoreticky zakotvit možnosti doprovázení uživatelů domova pro seniory, kterým z důvodu závažného, neléčitelného onemocnění nebo nevratně zhoršenému zdravotnímu stavu je poskytována paliativní péče. A také nalézt a popsat způsoby práce s příbuznými těchto uživatelů.

The aim of the graduate thesis is to find the theoretical background of palliative care and its implementation in a retirement home. In addition, to theoretically ground the possibilities of accompanying clients of a retirement home who are provided with palliative care due to a serious, incurable disease or irreversibly deteriorated health condition.
