Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaobírá průměrnou dávkou při rentgenovém ozáření hrudníku v současnosti. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o rentgenovém záření a s ním spojené - tvorba rentgenového obrazu a konstrukce rentgenových přístrojů. Při používání ionizujícího záření je nutné znát a dbát na pravidla radiační ochrany, které jsou v práci ve stručnosti zmíněny. Vzhledem k velkému množství dat, které jsou v nemocnici potřeba distribuovat a uchovávat, je také popsána archivace dat. Poslední úsek teoretické části je věnován anatomii hrudníku, jež je nezbytná pro vytvoření správného skiagramu. V praktické části je popsána skiagrafie hrudníku se zaměřením na porovnávání dávek obdržených při snímkování pacientů, jež podstoupili rentgenové vyšetření hrudníku PA vstoje. Získané hodnoty byly zpracovány a porovnány se studiemi a radiologickými standardy nemocnice. Výsledky jsou zaznamenány v přehledných grafech a tabulkách. Na závěr došlo ke zhodnocení a diskusi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the currently average dose during x-ray chest. The theoretical part summarizes the basic information about x-rays and related - x-ray image formation and x-ray machine design. When using ionizing radiation, it is necessary to know and observe the rules of radiation protection, which are briefly mentioned in the thesis. Due to the large amount of data that needs to be distributed and stored in a hospital, data archiving is also described. The last section of the theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy of the chest, which is essential for the creation of a correct sciagram. The practical section describes chest scans with a focus on comparing the doses received of patients who underwent erect posteroanterior chest x-ray examination. Retrieved from values were processed and compared with studies and radiological standards of the hospital. The results are recorded in clear graphs and tables. At the end, there was an evaluation and discussion.
