Analyzovat dopad transformace fyzické osoby na právnickou by měl podnikatel dřív, než k takovému kroku přistoupí. Účastníci smlouvy o sdružení fyzických osob jsou osoby ve sdružení bez právní subjektivity. Vlastnická a organizační struktura je stanovena jen rámcově na základě smlouvy o sdružení. A businessman should analyze the impact of transforming a physical person into a legal person long before he decides to do so. The contracting parties in association of physical persons are persons without any legal subjectivity.
