Tato práce je zaměřena na stavbu a měření datové kvality v pojišťovně. Jsou zde popsány technologie Business Intelligence a datová kvalita včetně jejích dimenzí, typických problémů, požadavků z hlediska pojišťovny, způsobů měření a zlepšení.
