Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda interní kontroly mají vliv na strategii firmy. Mezi dílčí cíle patří ověření, zda mají interní kontroly vliv také na budoucí směřování firmy nebo zda má typ firmy dle strategie vliv na finanční výkonnost.
