Diplomová práce popisuje a analyzuje fungování a činnost Rady pro rozhlasové a televizní vysílání. Věnuje se historii reklamy a rozdělení typů reklamy podle několika zdrojů. Detailně se věnuje zákonné regulaci reklamy. Rozděluje ji na právo veřejné a právo soukromé. V této části jsou detailně popsány jednotlivé zákony týkající se regulace reklamy.
