Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategická analýza podniku“ je komplexní analýza zkoumaného podniku Znojemské strojírny, s.r.o. a příprava strategie, která povede k upevnění nebo zlepšení stávající pozice podniku na trhu. The goal of the thesis “Strategic analysis of the company” is a comprehensive analysis of the researched company Znojemske strojirny, s.r.o. and the preparation of a strategy which will lead to the consolidation or improvement of the company´s market position.
