Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala sociální prací v oblasti integrace cizinců. Jejím cílem bylo popsání integrace cizinců v České republice z perspektivy sociální práce a analyzování působení sociálních pracovníků ve vybraných zařízeních státního a nestátního sektoru v procesu integrace cizinců. Práce byla zpracována do dvou stěžejních částí. V teoretické části práce byly uvedeny a přiblíženy oblasti, které se vztahují k problematice začlenění se cizinců do české společnosti a práce s nimi. První kapitola se zabývala migrací a pojmy, které s migrací úzce souvisejí. Druhá kapitola se věnovala integraci cizinců. Ve třetí kapitole byla představena role státního a nestátního sektoru. Poslední kapitola teoretické části bakalářské práce přibližovala sociální práci s cizinci. Empirická část porovnávala, jak se doplňují a zda se liší činnosti a klientela sociálních pracovníků z pohledu jejich práce s cizinci ve státních zařízeních a nestátních organizacích. Průzkum probíhal prostřednictvím dotazníků, které byly distribuovány mezi 50 sociálních pracovníků působících ve vybraných zařízeních. Výsledky bakalářské práce ukazovaly, že jsou činnosti sociálních pracovníků ve státním i nestátním sektoru obdobné a vzájemně doplňující. Podobnou charakteristiku vykazovala i jejich klientela. Zjištění vyústila v konkrétní navrhovaná opatření v oblasti zvyšování informování společnosti, zapojení dobrovolníků a prohlubování spolupráce. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat zjištění, že činnosti sociálních pracovníků státního i nestátního sektoru, které přispívají k úspěšnému začlenění cizinců do společnosti hostitelské země, i přes rozdílné možnosti, jež jsou dány jednotlivými typy zařízení nebo organizací, jsou obdobné.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis dealt with social work in the integration of foreigners. Its aim was to describe the integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic from the perspective of social work and analyze the effect of social workers in selected institutions of state and non-state sectors. The thesis was compiled in two main parts. In the theoretical part the areas that relate to the issue of the integration of foreigners into Czech society and work with them were introduced and outlined. The first chapter dealt with migration and concepts that are closely related to migration. The second chapter is devoted to integration of foreigners. In the third chapter was presented the role of state and non-state sector. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis approached social work with foreigners. The empirical part compared how and whether activities and clientele of social workers complement and differ in perspective of their work with foreigners in state institutions and non-governmental organizations. The research was conducted through questionnaires that had been distributed among 50 social workers operating in selected facilities. The results of bachelor thesis showed that the activities of social workers in the state and non-state sectors are similar and mutually complementary. Their clientele proved the same diversity. Findings resulted in specific proposed measures in the field of knowledgeableness of the society, involving volunteers and deepening cooperation. As the greatest contribution of the work in relation to solved issues it is possible to consider the finding that the activities of social workers in state and non-state sectors that contribute actively to successful integration of foreigners into society of the host country despite the different possibility that are given to different types of facilities or organizations are similar.
