Psychological aspects of interwiews for companies with a sport orientation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Psychologické aspekty pohovoru pro firmy se sportovním zaměřením", pojednává o psychologických aspektech ovlivňujících výběrové pohovory ve sportovním prostředí. První část je zaměřena na teorii výběrových pohovorů a jejich psychologické aspekty. V druhé části práce se zaměřuji na specifika sportovního prostředí v této oblasti.
Abstract:
The main aim of the thesis "Psychological aspects of interview for companies with a sport orientation" is to dealt with the selective interviews considering psychological aspects that can put an influence to those intwerviews. The first part deals with general selection of interviews and psychological aspects, while the second one deals with the specifics of the sports environment in this area.
