Diplomová práce "Pachatel trestného činu" se zabývá problematikou subjektu trestného činu z pohledu viny a trestu. V práci jsou vymezeny obligatorní a fakultativní znaky pachatele, osobnost pachatele a institut nepřímého pachatelství. The thesis "Offender of a crime" is dealing with problems of a crime offender from the sight of guilt and punishment. There are defined compulsory and facultative elements of the offender, personality of the offender and the institute of an indirect offender.
