Community planning of social services of Kladno

Abstract:

Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby a realizace komunitního plánu sociálních služeb. Jedná se o nástroj zajišťující kvalitní a dostupnou síť sociálních služeb pro občany. Teoretická část se věnuje všeobecné charakteristice komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Představuje přínosy, dílčí principy a jednotlivé procesy jeho fungování a nastiňuje typy a formy sociálních služeb ve městě Kladně. Závěrečné kapitola teoreticko-metodologické části je věnována možnostem propojení komunitního plánování v rámci proběhlé reformy sociálních služeb. V aplikační části jsou uvedeny specifické podmínky města Kladna, jeho socio-demografická analýza a analýzy poskytovatelů sociálních služeb, stejně jako analýza uživatelů a analýza široké veřejnosti, včetně vyhodnocení průzkumu. V závěru práce se nachází shrnutí všech zjištění o zavádění komunitního a jsou zde popsány možné návrhy opatření k zajištění dostupnosti celého komunitního plánování.

Abstract:

Abstract This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of implementation of community planning in the area of social services. This tool provides high-quality and available social services for people. The theoretical part describes general characteristics of community planning in the area of social services. It presents the benefits, principles and processes of its functioning and shows the possibilities and forms of social services. The closing chapter of the theoretical-methodological part it addresses shows possibilities of connecting community planning for complex social services within the framework of the actual ongoing reform of social services. The application part deals with concrete conditions of Kladno. It comprises social and demographic analysis, users or general public and survey evaluation. It also introduces the procedure of implementing community plans within the area of social services in the town. Resulting conclusion, the thesis deals with implementation of a community plan in the area of social services and shows draft measures to ensure available of community planning within people’s needs.
