Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem dvojího pojetí bytových jednotek v českém právním řádu. Autor si za cíl klade nejprve vymezení základních institutů vlastnictví bytu podle zákona o vlastnictví bytů a podle občanského zákoníku. This thesis deals with the topic of the dual concept of housing units in the Czech legal system. The author aims first to define the basic institutes of flat ownership according to the Act on Ownership of flats and the Civil Code.
