Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především dávkami v nemoci a dávkami pro rodiny s dětmi v České republice a Irsku. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje definici sociálního zabezpečení a členění systémů sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a Irsku, druhá kapitola popisuje prameny práva.
