Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku pochybení všeobecný sester a kvalitu ošetřovatelské péče. V teoretické části se práce zabývá teorií pochybení, kvalitou ošetřovatelské péče a bezpečnou péčí. Jsou uvedeny nejčastější pochybení a právní aspekty sester při ošetřování nemocných. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the issue of misconduct of general nurses and the quality of nursing care. The theoretical part deals with the theory of error, the quality of nursing care and safe care. The most common misconduct and legal aspects of nurses in nursing patients are mentioned. There is also mentioned prevention of misconduct and important area of nursing education.
