Tato bakalářská práce je věnována rozboru úpravy týkající se ochrany spotřebitele, která byla v českém právním řádu zakotvena od účinnosti zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, a v zákoně o ochraně spotřebitele č. 634/1992 Sb. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of consumer protection regulation, which is enshrined in the Czech legal order since the Act of the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll., And in the Act on Consumer Protection No. 634/1992 Coll.
