Businessethies and business culture

Abstract:

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to highlight the importance of ethics and culture in business, to highlight the problems in this context and compare the principles applied in other countries. That I could meet this objective, it is necessary to define some terms. In the first chapter will be devoted to business ethics. Generally the terms ethics and morality as a basis for business ethics. Furthermore, the focus now is publicity, stakeholder theory, respectively corporate social responsibility. This well defined in the European Union. Documentary evidence of the ethical orientation of the enterprise is a code of ethics. Not only to focus on its sense and priority, but also stressed the reservations, which are associated with its use. Since studying the legal administration, it is appropriate that I have clarified the relationship law and ethics in business. The first chapter completed analysis of the practical application of business ethics in Slovakia but also abroad. The second chapter will be devoted to business culture. Define the concept of business culture means, what is its significance and what elements it is composed. Subsequently included her typology. The most important aspect is the formation of an entrepreneurial culture. It is necessary to know not only when a change in approach, but he also possesses the changes and how the process changes underway.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je zvýrazniť význam etiky a kultúry v podnikateľskej sfére, poukázať na problémy v tejto súvislosti a porovnať s princípmi uplatňovanými v iných krajinách. Aby som mohla naplniť tento cieľ, je potrebné zadefinovať niekoľko pojmov. V prvej kapitole sa budem venovať podnikateľskej etike. Všeobecne vymedzím pojmy etika a morálka ako základ podnikateľskej etiky. Ďalej sa budem venovať, v súčasnosti veľmi propagovanej, teórii stakeholderov, resp. sociálnej zodpovednosti podnikov. Túto vymedzím aj na úrovni Európskej únie. Písomným dokladom o etickej orientácii podniku je etický kódex. Zameriam sa nielen na jeho zmysel a prednosti, ale zdôrazním aj výhrady, ktoré sa spájajú s jeho používaním. Keďže študujem právnu administratívu, je vhodné, aby som upresnila vzťah práva a etiky v podnikaní. Prvú kapitolu ukončím analýzou praktického uplatňovania podnikateľskej etiky na Slovensku, ale i v zahraniční. V druhej kapitole sa budem venovať podnikateľskej kultúre. Zadefinujem, čo pojem podnikateľská kultúra znamená, aký je jej význam a z akých prvkov sa skladá. Následne uvediem jej typológiu. Najdôležitejšou časťou je formovanie podnikateľskej kultúry. Je potrebné vedieť nielen to, kedy k zmene pristúpiť, ale aj kto je nositeľom zmeny a ako samotný proces zmeny prebieha.
