Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popis procesu uzavření pojistné smlouvy a zániku samotného pojištění dle nového občanského zákoníku tedy zákona č. 89/2012 Sb. a dalších souvisejících právních předpisů včetně vymezení pojmů v pojistné smlouvě. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí tak, aby podala v této rozsáhle právní úpravě přehledné a jasné informace k této problematice.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to describe the process of concluding the insurance contract and the actual termination of insurance under the new Civil Code, ie Act No. 89/2012 Coll. and other related legislation, including the definitions in the policy. The work is divided into several parts so extensively applied in this legislation clear and clear information on this subject.
