Addictive substances in road transport

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá návykovými látkami v dopravě, tedy alkoholem a jinými návykovými látkami u řidičů motorových a nemotorových vozidel. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena na 5 hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je charakterizován pojem návyková látka, jejich historie a rozdělení. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na přestupkové jednání v silničním provozu. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na trestné činy v silničním provozu. Ve čtvrté kapitole se dozvíme, jaké existují sankce za takto spáchané činy. V páté kapitole se dozvíme, jaké existují způsoby ke zjištění ovlivnění návykovou látkou. V praktické části této bakalářské práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které má za cíl zjistit, v jakém rozsahu je široká veřejnost seznámena s návykovými látkami v silniční dopravě. Následuje vyhodnocení šetření a seznámení se s konkrétními příklady z výkonu služby u dopravní policie. Závěr práce shrnuje poznatky získané dotazníkovým šetřením, zároveň také shrnuje myšlenky, názory a doporučení autora této práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with addictive substances in transport, i.e. alcohol and other addictive substances used by drivers of motor and non-motorized vehicles. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is divided into 5 main chapters. The first chapter describes the term addictive substance, their history and classification. The second chapter is focused on road traffic contraventions. The third chapter investigates road traffic offenses. In the fourth chapter, we will learn what sanctions exist for such acts. The fifth chapter looks into the ways of registering substance abuse. In the practical part of this thesis there is a survey which aims to find out to what extent the public is familiar with addictive substances in transport areas. The evaluation of the results follows. In the final chapter, we will investigate a concrete example of traffic police problem solving with these methods. The conclusion summarizes the findings obtained by the survey and also summarizes ideas, opinions and recommendations of the author of this thesis.
