Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním problematiky motivace zaměstnanců a následným výzkumem toho zda se dá vytvořit jeden motivační balíček, který by firmy mohly využívat v rámci strategie řízení lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis investigates the issue of employee motivation and the subsequent research on whether it is possible to create one motivational package that companies could use in their human resource management strategy.
