Implementation of the Community plan the town of Bohumín

Abstract:

Cílem komunitního plánování je udělat systém řízení a rozhodování o sociálních službách na místní a regionální úrovni založený na spolupráci všech aktérů, tj. uživatelů, poskytovatelů a zadavatelů (triáda). Proces plánování by měl směřovat k vytvoření systémů kvalitních a dostupných sociálních služeb s ohledem na nezbytné propojení jejich potřebnosti, kvality a současně dlouhodobě udržitelného způsobu financování. Jedná se o nekončící proces, ve kterém se střídají fáze s vyšší intenzitou zjišťování potřeb, diskuzí účastníků a formulace návrhů s fázemi zpětného hodnocení dosažení stanovených cílů, shromažďování dalších potřebných dat a reformulace cílů.

Abstract:

The aim of community planning is to establish system of management and decisionmaking on social services at local and regional level based on the cooperation of all the relevant actors, i.e. the users, providers and local or regional governments (triad). The planning process should aim to the creation of high quality affordable social services with regard to the necessary interconnection of their usefulness, quality and at the same time a sustainable method of funding. It is a never- ending process in which alternate phase with a higher intensity of needs assessment discussions participants and the formulation of proposals to re- evaluation phases to achieve the set objectives, collecting data, and other necessary reformulation of goals.
