Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo získat přehled o látkách, které obohacují stravu. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní živiny, vitamíny a minerální látky, které jsou obsaženy v doplňcích stravy. Dále se práce věnuje problematice legislativních předpisů, označování a uvádění doplňků na trh. V praktické části byl vytvořen a vyhodnocen dotazník. Abstract:
The object of this bachelor´s thesis is an overview of the substances that enrich the diet. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals which are contained in food supplements.
