Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá postupy výslechových interakcí osob se specifickými potřebami prováděných kriminalisty a doporučuje postupy nové. Teoretická část je věnována poznatkům, které byly k této problematice zjištěny a z těch poté vychází praktická část.
Abstract:
This thesis finds out the procedures carried out by detectives interviewing interactions with people with disabilities and recommends new procedures. The theoretical part is devoted to knowledge so far identified on this issue, from which then comes the practical part.
