Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou proti nekalým obchodním praktikám v českém i evropském právu, a to zejména na sociálních sítích. Práce definuje základní pojmy spotřebitelského práva, nekalou obchodní praktiku a soukromoprávní a veřejnoprávní ochranu před nimi. Dále práce hovoří o skryté reklamě na sociálních sítích, a zda taková reklama naplňuje skutkovou podstatu nekalé obchodní praktiky. …more

This diploma thesis deals with protection against unfair business practices in Czech and European law, especially on social networks. The work defines the basic concepts of consumer law, unfair business practices and private and public law protection against them.
