Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na právní předpisy samosprávy ohledně veřejného pořádku, zvláště nočního klidu. Vlastní pozornost je tedy věnována obecně závazným vyhláškám obcí, dozoru, sankcím a vývoji judikatury Ústavního soudu.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on legal regulations of local government bodies concerning public order, especially silent hours. Particular attention is given to generally binding local notices, supervision, punitive sanctions and the development of judicial decisions made by the Constitutional Court.
