Ekonomická globalizace a její vliv na malé a střední podniky

Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje dopadům globalizace na malé a střední podniky, zejména v personální a obchodní oblasti. Vedlejšími tématy je definice globalizace, problematika malých a středních podniků a specifika řízení lidských zdrojů v malých a středních podnicích. Cílem práce je zhodnocení dopadů globalizace na konkrétní malý podnik a také zhodnocení personálních činností tohoto podniku.

This work aims at impacts of Globalisation on small and medium enterprises, especially in personal and business area.
