Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku praní výnosů z trestné činnosti, ukazuje problematiku praní špinavých peněz z hlediska finančního práva, například zákon číslo 253/2008 Sb. a z hlediska trestního práva, zákon číslo 40/2009 Sb..
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of laundering of the proceeds of criminal activities. This thesis shows the issue of money laundering from the financial point of view for example, the law number 253/2008 Sb. and from the perspective of criminal law, law number 40/2009 Sb.
