Analysis of consumers behaviour

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to identify key factors affecting the use of shared lodging by the generation Millennials. Therefore, the main focus of the theoretical part is the concept of shared economy, consumer behaviour and synthesis of knowledge about factors influencing the field of study. The impact of individual factors was analyzed on the basis of a conceptual model of goal-oriented behaviour (MGB), which was extended by the environmental responsibility and impact of digital platforms. The analysis was conducted using a structural equation modeling and content analysis approach.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je identifikácia kľúčových faktorov ovplyvňujúch využívanie zdieľanej formy bývania generáciou Millennials. Teoretická časť sa preto zaoberá konceptom zdieľanej ekonomiky, spotrebiteľského chovania a syntézou poznatkov o faktoroch ovplyvňujúcich skúmaný trend. Vplyv jednotlivých faktorov bol v praktickej časti analyzovaný na základe konceptuálneho modelu chovania zameraného na cieľ (MGB), ktorý bol rozšírený o environmentálnu zodpovednosť a vplyv digitálnych platforiem. Analýza prebiehala s využitím prístupu štrukturálneho modelovania a obsahovej analýzy.
