Tématem diplomové práce je fenomén šikany mezi odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ve Věznici Heřmanice. Cílem práce je zmapovat problém šikany u některých odsouzených a nahlédnout na způsob práce pracovníků vězeňské služby se šikanou z hlediska řešení zjištěné šikany a preventivního působení. The topic of this thesis is the phenomenon of bullying among the prisoners serving a prison sentence in Heřmanice Prison. The aim of the thesis is to map the problem of bullying among some of the convicts and to look at the way how is the staff working in prison service dealing with detected bullying in regards of preventive action.
