Senior on the Position Attendant in the Museum Institution
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o úrovni stáří a stárnutí dozorců/uvaděčů v muzejních institucích. První část teoreticky popisuje fenomén stáří a stárnutí z pohledu vědy a o možnostech tento nezvratný proces zkvalitnit. Druhá část je kvalitativní výzkum úrovně stáří a stárnutí dozorců/uvaděčů v post-produktivním věku v muzejních institucích.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis concern level of old age and ageing by museum guard/usher in institution fo museum. Theoretical section sumarized phenomenon of old age na ageing in population from the perspective of science like sociology, medicine and the way how to improve this irreversible process.
