Termination of an Employment Relationship for the Reason of Breach of the Employee’s duties
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvázáním pracovního poměru v důsledku porušení povinností zaměstnance vyplývajících z právních předpisů vztahujících se k zaměstnancem vykonávané práci. Diplomová práce se snaží popsat jednotlivé zdroje povinností zaměstnanců a způsoby jejich kontroly. Na to navazuje problematika sankcí a zejména rozvázání pracovního poměru.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is „Termination of Employment Relationship for the Reason of Breach of the Employee's Duties“. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the possibilities of the employer to terminate employment relationship in case of breaching duties by the employee.
