Zájem o klíčky a jejich pěstování v domácích podmínkách stále roste. Klíčení je dobrý způsob, jak v semenech zvýšit obsah živin, minerálů, antioxidantů a vitaminů včetně vitaminů skupiny B. Na obsah těchto vitaminů má vliv nejen pěstovaný druh, ale také způsob a podmínky klíční. Interest in sprouts and their growing in home conditions continues to grow. Sprouting is a good way to increase the nutrient, mineral, antioxidant and vitamin content of seeds, including B vitamins. The content of these vitamins is influenced not only by the species that is grown, but also by the method and conditions of sprouting.
