Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kolizní problematikou mezinárodních licenčních smluv v režimu Nařízení Řím I. The diploma thesis deals with conflict of laws in licensing agreements in the scope of the Rome I Regulation. The main part analyzes article 4 of the Regulation and provides a commentary on some problems regarding international licensing agreements.
