Stress factors in elementary school teachers

Abstract:

Macháčová, J. Stresové faktory u učitelů základních škol. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018.Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odhalení stresových faktorů, které vychází z povolání učitelů základních škol a navrhnutí preventivních opatření proti těmto stresovým faktorům. Literární rešerše popisuje stres obecně, stres v pracovním prostředí a stres u pedagogických pracovníků. Praktická část vychází z dotazníkového šetření, z něhož vyplývá, jaké faktory učitelé považují za nejvíce stresující. Následně jsou testovány hypotézy vyplývající z dotazníkového šetření. Závěrem jsou doporučeny preventivní opatření, které pomohou odbourat stres pedagogických pracovníků. Návrhy preventivního opatření vyplývají z managementu lidských zdrojů.

Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2018.The bachelor thesis is focused on detection of stress factors based on profession of elementary school teachers and proposing preventive measures against these stress factors. Literary research describes stress in general, stress in the work en-vironment and stress in pedagogical staff. The practical part is based on the ques-tionnaire survey, which shows what factors the teachers consider most stressful. Then, hypotheses resulting from the questionnaire survey are tested. At the con-clusion, preventive measures are recommended to help reduce the stress of peda-gogical staff. Proposals for preventive action from human resources management.
